Refund and Returns Policy

At Andean Innovation, we are committed to providing high-quality digital resources and advisory services. Because our products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards for virtual services.

1. Digital Products (Guides, Masterclasses, Blueprints)

Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales of PDF guides, blueprints, and recorded masterclasses are final. Once the digital asset has been accessed or downloaded, Andean Innovation cannot issue a refund. We encourage clients to review the service descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.

2. Virtual Consultations & Live Workshops

  • Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel a live virtual consultation or workshop (e.g., Bespoke Planning or Live Masterclasses), you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Refunds: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at the discretion of management.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled virtual session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the service fee.

3. Software Kits & Technical Tools

For our “Custom Itinerary Mapping Software Kit,” refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase only if the user has not downloaded the primary data assets or if a documented technical defect prevents the tool from functioning as described.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We value our relationship with the global travel community. If you feel your situation is exceptional or if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the information provided, please contact our support team. We review all feedback seriously and aim to resolve disputes with professional integrity.
